Introductory Consultation

Foundations 2- or 4-month program

Foundations is the cornerstone of our work together.

Month 1: We start by restoring flexibility to your nervous system using Dr. Stephen Porges’ Safe and Sound Protocol as well as somatic breathing and movement exercises. These sessions take place in small groups (2-4 people) where you learn about your nervous system and restoring it to healthy homeostasis (balance). The group meets via Zoom three times a week.

Starting with Month 2, we begin to layer in additional restorative practices and gently explore core wounds and beliefs in private weekly sessions. Our goal is to identify and repattern the non-conscious defense feedback loops that have been blocking the body’s innate healing and connection response. Our focus is on supporting your nervous system, restoring health function to your cells and mitochondria, their innate healing pathways, and your emotional and social wellbeing.


Continuing Client

After foundations, we might decide on continued work together on a retainer basis. Each month you may schedule up to 2 private sessions, with as needed access via text and phone. Ongoing SSP Balance and Core are included.
